Description

Truelogic is hiring a Creator & Influencer Manager to support and lead influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through delivery. The role manages creator relationships, outreach, negotiations, contracts, briefs, content review, campaign reporting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Paid Media, SEO, and other teams. It also supports the growth of the creator network, establishes influencer marketing workflows, and mentors Coordinators and Associate Managers. The position is 100% remote, offers USD compensation, and requires 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3–5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media marketing, account management, or a related field
Hands-on experience managing influencer or creator marketing campaigns
Experience working with influencer marketing platforms, campaign management tools, and reporting systems
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CreatorIQ, Traackr, Aspire, GRIN, or similar influencer marketing platforms
Previous agency experience with multiple clients and fast-paced campaign timelines
Cross-functional collaboration with Paid Media, SEO, Creative, and Strategy teams
Experience managing large creator programs or 50+ creators across multiple campaigns
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Strong understanding of creator trends, emerging social platforms, influencer marketing best practices, and FTC compliance
Experience mentoring or training junior team members
