Ladder is hiring a Creator to serve as the recurring on-camera face of its fitness brand across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The role owns content from concept through editing and publishing, develops repeatable series, translates fitness expertise into engaging content, collaborates with coaches and celebrity partners, and uses performance data to shape future content.
