Hercules is seeking a Creator Partnerships Lead to manage all aspects of creator distribution, from partnership development to performance measurement. The role involves identifying and nurturing relationships with creators, negotiating contracts, managing creative briefings, overseeing deliverable operations, and analyzing performance metrics. This position requires a deal-oriented individual with strong negotiation and sourcing abilities, excellent creative briefing skills, and familiarity with white-listing and paid usage rights.
