LTK is hiring a remote, full-time Creator Success Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for creators. The role manages creator tickets and inquiries, moderates communities and social channels, communicates across multiple creator-facing platforms, creates content and presentations, coordinates webinars and virtual events, supports creator events and programs, and partners with cross-functional teams. Candidates need at least two years of experience in customer support, creator success, community management, customer experience, marketing, or a related field, along with strong communication, writing, organizational, and event-coordination skills.
