LTK is hiring a remote, full-time Creator Success Program Manager to design and deliver scalable creator education, onboarding, accelerator, webinar, and community experiences. The role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop curriculum, presentations, enablement resources, event programming, and performance analyses, while managing multiple strategic initiatives and traveling several times per month during busy seasons. Candidates need at least three years of relevant experience in creator success, education, program management, community building, influencer marketing, or sales enablement, along with strong presentation, facilitation, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
