Description

Monty, an award-winning social and creative agency, is seeking a Creators Lead to oversee all creator-related workstreams. This includes developing and executing creator strategies, sourcing suitable talent, ensuring brand safety, and fostering long-term relationships with creators. The ideal candidate will possess deep cultural understanding of creator platforms like TikTok and YouTube, strong commercial awareness, and existing connections within the creator ecosystem.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Real experience in a creator or talent role, ideally agency-side across multiple brand categories.
Preferred Qualifications: Someone who genuinely follows and cares about creator culture - across TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, Substack, communities - not just follower counts.
Strong instincts for matching talent to a brief in a way that feels earned, not transactional.
Existing relationships across talent management, MCNs and agencies - or the confidence to build them quickly.
Comfortable holding your own in a client conversation and making a case for your recommendations.
