University of Massachusetts Global is hiring a Credential Analyst or similar credential services specialist to support and audit teacher and service credential candidate qualifications, process degree audits and licensure documentation, prepare credential recommendations for the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC), and coordinate with students, faculty, advising, clinical teams, and external school entities. The role is remote within approved U.S. states, requires frequent collaboration during core hours, and includes student teaching/fieldwork processing, out-of-state verifications, and reporting support.
