The Credentialing Assistant will support provider and cooperative-member relationship management and credentialing, including prospecting for new providers, negotiating new resources and procedures, monitoring network quality and regulatory updates, maintaining provider relationships, handling complaints, and ensuring service-level appointments. The role requires a high school diploma, with a related degree in progress preferred, and Microsoft Office and communication skills.
