The Credentialing Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Credentialing team by managing clinician documentation, processing compliance and verification tasks, maintaining active and pending clinician files, and supporting credentialing across agency, MSP, HCS, and Locums business lines. The role includes setting up clinician accounts, processing NPDB registrations, completing I-9 and E-verify work, monitoring expiring compliance items, reporting to clients and regulatory teams, maintaining rosters, verifying SSNs, reviewing reimbursements, and participating in cross-training. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of similar experience are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
