Description
Amegy Bank is hiring for its Banker Development Program, a rotational credit and sales training program for Credit Analysts. The program includes classroom training, retail and treasury exposure, 13–19 months of on-the-job rotations through lending groups, and placement as an Associate in a lending group. Participants will shadow Relationship Managers, underwrite credit packages, review loan approvals, assess portfolio risk, and build relationships with business decision makers. The program is intended to develop bankers who may progress to Relationship Manager and higher credit roles, and it is not eligible for H-1B visa sponsorship.
