The employer is hiring a Credit Analyst for active lending and individual credit assessment in the market back office in Heilbronn. The role reviews loan applications, prepares credit documentation, analyzes financial circumstances and debt service coverage, processes collateral, evaluates creditworthiness, and handles approvals within double-authorization competencies. Candidates should have bank-clerk or business-education training, several years of risk-relevant lending experience, and experience with private and corporate customer engagements. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, performance-based compensation, onboarding and training, and mobile work up to two days per week.
