Description
The Credit & Collections Manager will manage a portfolio of high-value European customer accounts, oversee collections and credit risk, resolve disputes and billing issues, maintain receivables records, support month-end close and cash forecasting, and improve credit-control processes. The role requires strong English, 2–5 years of credit and collections experience, knowledge of credit assessment and accounts receivable, ERP and Excel proficiency, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
