Description
Vonage is hiring a Credit and Collections Analyst to support cash collections for delinquent customers, reconcile complex netting and customer accounts, conduct credit assessments, assist with collections escalations, coordinate with Sales, Carrier, Customer Support, AP, and tax teams, maintain SOX compliance, generate accounts receivable reports, and contribute to process improvement. The role requires at least five years of relevant finance and collections experience, expertise in complex netting and multi-currency billing, familiarity with the order-to-cash cycle, robust control environments, BI tools, and advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
