Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a permanent full-time Credit & Collections Representative in Paisley, Scotland, working hybrid three days per week onsite. The role manages a portfolio of up to 300 customer accounts, primarily supporting German customers through debt collection, credit decisions, account investigations, dispute resolution, payment allocation, and customer relationship management. Fluency in German and English is essential, along with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer-service skills; prior credit, accounts receivable, or customer-service experience is advantageous. The position reports to the Supervisor, Accounts Receivable and includes access to a UK benefits package.
