Biffa is hiring an experienced Credit Controller in High Wycombe to manage a portfolio of debtor accounts across its nationwide depot network. The role involves chasing outstanding debt, resolving payment issues, negotiating repayment plans, adjusting credit limits, raising credit notes, supporting month-end reporting, and assisting the Credit Manager and wider team. Candidates need proven debtor-portfolio experience, strong Excel skills, communication and negotiation abilities, organisational skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
