Gain is hiring a Credit Intelligence Sourcing Specialist to expand its Intelligence Origination team into credit. The role sources proprietary, transaction-level credit intelligence from lenders, investment bankers, private equity sponsors, advisors, consultants, and lawyers through daily off-record, background-only conversations. The specialist converts non-public market insight into structured, machine-readable data for the Gain platform and collaborates with analysts and research teams. The position requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of private credit or related fields, and experience sourcing market intelligence; it offers a hybrid London model with three days per week in the office, private medical insurance, and other benefits.
