Gain is hiring a Credit Intelligence Sourcing Specialist to expand its Intelligence Origination team into credit. The role sources proprietary, transaction-level credit intelligence from lenders, investment bankers, private equity sponsors, advisors, consultants, and lawyers through off-record, background-only conversations. The specialist converts market insights into structured, machine-readable data for the Gain platform and collaborates with analysts and research teams. The position requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong private-credit or related-market knowledge, and the ability to cultivate senior sources; it offers a Manhattan hybrid arrangement, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a base salary of $100,000–$140,000 plus an annual performance-based bonus.
