Gain is hiring a Credit Intelligence Sourcing Specialist to expand its real-time credit intelligence coverage for private equity-related transactions. The role builds and maintains a network of off-record sources, conducts daily background-only conversations, sources proprietary datapoints, and collaborates with analysts and research teams to convert market intelligence into structured, machine-readable data. The position requires at least four years of relevant experience in private credit, leveraged finance, restructuring, M&A, private equity, or a related field, along with market-intelligence sourcing experience. It offers a base salary of $140,000–$160,000, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the Manhattan office.
