Holt of California is hiring a Credit Manager in Pleasant Grove, California to oversee the company’s credit and collection function. The role manages customer credit risk, establishes and enforces credit policies, evaluates creditworthiness, sets credit limits, monitors accounts receivable, directs collections, handles legal and lien matters, prepares credit reports, and supervises credit and collection employees. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, is required; three to five years of relevant experience and prior supervisory experience are preferred. The annual wage range is $100,000 to $130,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
