Uncapped is hiring a hybrid Credit Strategy Analyst based in London to develop credit risk strategies that balance customer growth with risk, using data and analytics to address credit risk, pricing, portfolio monitoring, and reporting. The role involves building data-driven strategies, creating risk reporting, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with commercial, engineering, data science, product, technology, and operations teams. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree or master's in a relevant analytical field, strong analytical and communication skills, programming ability with Python and SQL, and preferably one to two years of credit or analytics experience; visa sponsorship is not available.
