Description
The Credit Trainer delivers direct training to the Credit Team, coordinates onboarding and refresher programs, develops training curricula, coaches employees, evaluates knowledge and skill gaps, and maintains training documentation. The role also supports Credit Department operations such as collections, order approvals, account maintenance, and customer communication. Candidates need at least four years of Account Receivable cycle or collection experience or equivalent education, proficiency with listed software, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. The position is remote with standard 8:00–5:00 PST hours, periodic travel, and an hourly salary of $22.00–$34.65 depending on location and experience.
