Description
The Crew role is a frontline restaurant position at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Taquerias, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, restocking fridges, basic food preparation, wiping tables, and learning other team roles. The role requires hospitality or fast-paced-environment experience, advanced English, multitasking ability, basic computer and POS/EFTPOS learning capability, customer service, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
