Description
Attic Projects is hiring a full-time Crew Lead for attic and crawl space restoration. The role supervises and coordinates crews, manages materials, tools, equipment, safety, paperwork, client communication, and project completion; it also mentors crew members and resolves minor conflicts. Candidates need at least one year of attic and crawl space restoration, rodent-proofing, or insulation experience, at least five years of skilled-trade experience, and at least two years of leadership experience. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, with bi-weekly pay of $26–$32 per hour and potential conversion to a $60,000–$75,000 salary after 90 days, plus medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
