B+T Group is hiring a Crew Leader based out of its Dallas, Texas office to directly supervise Tower Technicians and participate in construction projects. The role involves overseeing fieldwork, installing and testing telecommunications equipment, managing equipment and materials, documenting work activities, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates must have tower-climbing and instrumentation knowledge, the ability to work at heights above 100 feet, strong communication and computer skills, at least four years of related construction or telecommunications experience, and several industry and safety certifications.
