Description
The Crew Leader will lead and support Erosion Control Installation crews in the field, ensuring quality, safety, productivity, customer service, and project timelines. Responsibilities include communicating daily goals and schedules, coordinating work orders, reviewing completed work, managing vehicles, equipment, inventory, and rental equipment, and working with Operations and Area Managers. The role requires crew leadership experience, strong communication and organization, customer-focused problem-solving, outdoor work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
