Description
The Crew Leader supports and coaches tree-care crews, assigns and prioritizes work, identifies safety hazards, ensures compliance with OSHA and industry standards, and coordinates access, traffic control, equipment, and customer relations. The role also performs tree trimming, removal, herbicide application, vehicle and equipment operation, maintenance, recordkeeping, and emergency response. It requires at least three years of tree trimming or clearing crew experience, valid First-Aid and CPR credentials, extensive travel, and the ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
