Custom Concrete Co., Inc. is hiring an experienced Crew Leader to oversee day-to-day operations on commercial and multifamily concrete construction projects. This is a working foreman role that combines hands-on field work with leadership, coordination, and quality control, including managing layout techs, finishers, and laborers, interpreting plans, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring safe, accurate, and timely completion of concrete placement and finishing work.
