The Pushing Progress Philly (P3) Crew Manager leads Crew Chiefs and job-coaching staff serving at-risk Philadelphians through transitional jobs, worksite transport, skill coaching, and job placement. The role manages scheduling, HR functions, worksite agreements, equipment, safety and protocol compliance, data reporting, employer partnerships, participant support, and team development. It requires a bachelor’s degree, experience leading teams serving at-risk populations, gun violence reduction and workforce development experience, talent development and business services experience, trauma-informed care knowledge, Microsoft application knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.
