The role manages vessel staffing, crew dispatch and travel, crew performance and coaching, VMT accountability metrics, crew travel budgets, and on-call coverage. It requires data analysis, process improvement, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and adaptability to operational changes; a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or a related field is preferred.
