Description
The Crew Member provides customer service and prepares and serves food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, suggesting menu additions, following recipes and food-safety standards, maintaining a clean dining area, operating equipment, assisting with opening and closing, and keeping accurate cash, sales, and inventory records. The role requires candidates to be at least 16 years old, dependable, coachable, able to communicate and work in a team, and willing to perform physically demanding work in varying temperatures.
