The Crew Member performs essential restaurant duties across the cash register, grill, dressing station, fry station, lobby, and morning prep area, providing friendly, fast, and accurate service. The role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, holidays, and a variable schedule, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, handle hot oil, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
