Shell is hiring an Operations Manager in the Isle of Man to lead day-to-day fleet operations for LNG and tanker vessels. The role oversees crewing, compliance, safety, performance, investigations, continuous improvement, workforce planning, and stakeholder management, while leading a team of 10–16 professionals. Candidates must have significant seagoing experience as a senior officer on LNG or tanker vessels, along with strong knowledge of maritime operations, regulations, cargo, safety, and crewing requirements.
