Description
The Crew Scheduling Specialist coordinates offshore crew recruitment, onboarding, visas, payroll, PPE, training, and personnel logistics for oil and gas offshore construction projects. The role manages crew rosters, travel and accommodation bookings, international vessel crew logistics, contractor and subcontractor personnel movements, MAPS database records, tax and cyclone evacuation logistics, and related HR administration. It requires a diploma or equivalent experience, at least three years of HR, crewing, and logistics experience, essential oil and gas offshore construction experience, strong communication skills, and exposure to online crew management systems.
