Description
The Crew Trainer assists Dairy Queen management during scheduled shifts by overseeing restaurant operations, managing inventory, cash control, customer service, and food preparation; coaching and delegating work to team members; enforcing safety and sanitation standards; and resolving customer complaints. The role requires at least six months of high-volume quick-service restaurant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, ServSafe certification or an approved equivalent, the ability to pass the crew leadership program, and eligibility to work in the United States.
