Description
The Crewperson supports coating and assembly operations by cleaning, applying, and removing thread compound and thread protectors, operating support equipment, assisting new crewmembers, and completing assigned work. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing or industrial-yard experience, basic hand and power-tool knowledge, HSE and quality-control compliance, physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, and flexible-shift availability. Vocational training and forklift or material-handling certification are preferred.
