Description
The Coating Operator supports thermocleaning, baking, blasting, and coating processes while setting up and adjusting equipment, performing in-process quality checks, reporting issues, maintaining production documentation, and communicating with supervisors and team members. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays; related experience is preferred, while prior coating, sandblasting, and crane operation experience is a plus.
