Description
The Crib Supervisor leads three-shift Crib warehouse operations, overseeing receiving, put-away, limited outbound shipping, inventory accuracy, picking, equipment uptime, vendor coordination, safety, and continuous improvement. The role also coaches and develops team members, resolves operational issues, maintains department records, and communicates with internal and external partners. A high school diploma or GED and prior warehouse or supply-chain leadership experience are required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with knowledge of shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory management, Microsoft Office, and ERP/MRP/WMS systems.
