Description
The Assistant Lawyer will support Laura Onwuka and Tom Stevenson in Keoghs’ Crime and Regulatory Team, focusing on motor crime cases and inquests. The role involves investigating incidents, supporting clients, taking statements, attending interviews under caution, reviewing evidence, preparing submissions and bundles, liaising with courts, coroners, regulators, police, HSE, insurers and experts, and attending trials and inquests. It is a technical, client-facing solicitor or accredited paralegal role requiring a valid driving licence, case-management ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and the capacity to work under pressure.
