Description
The CNA/MA provides shift coverage, medical management, case management, and clinical support for clients in Lifeline Connections’ Crisis Triage and Stabilization Program. Responsibilities include obtaining patient information, recording vital signs, observing behavior and surroundings, assisting nurses, developing treatment referrals, completing intake and discharge planning, charting, maintaining confidentiality, and following infection-control procedures. The role requires a Washington CNA, HCA, or MA credential, current CPR/First Aid certification, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work with clients experiencing acute behavioral health crises. The position pays $22.76–$26.57 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision coverage.
