Description
Elevate is hiring a full-time Crisis Coordinator to supervise and support its Crisis Service Programs in Sheboygan County, including Mobile Crisis, Walk-In Crisis Services, and the Co-responder Program. The role oversees program operations, staff scheduling and payroll, on-call leadership, quality assurance, data monitoring, policy development, community and law-enforcement collaboration, and complex or high-risk cases. It is based at Elevate’s office in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, pays $23–$29 per hour, and requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, with preferred experience in crisis services, mental health, substance use, supervision, and community outreach.
