Description
The Crisis Counselor/Specialist will provide 988 phone and walk-in crisis services, including mobile dispatch, level-of-care assessments, safety planning, crisis interventions, triage, stabilization, aftercare follow-up, referrals, and clinical documentation. The role is full-time on weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in Exton, Pennsylvania, with double time on agency holidays. Applicants need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social sciences plus at least one year of relevant professional experience, behavioral health experience, and required Pennsylvania clearances; licensure or certification is preferred.
