Synova Group is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for an adult crisis group home. The role provides intensive, person-centered support to adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health crises, helping them stabilize, maintain independence, build community connections, and transition to more appropriate settings. Duties include assisting with daily routines, personal care, medication administration, transportation, behavior support, documentation, and community activities. The position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, an insured vehicle, a clean driving record, and successful completion of a DHS background study; a high school diploma or GED and prior disability or behavioral health experience are preferred. The schedule is full-time Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. plus every other weekend from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with part-time availability on every other weekend.
