MIND 24-7 is hiring an in-person Crisis Intake Case Manager in Phoenix, Arizona, working three 12-hour shifts from Sunday through Tuesday between 1:00 PM and 1:30 AM. The role serves as the first point of contact for individuals in behavioral health crises, conducts clinical assessments and safety screenings, coordinates admissions and discharge planning, supports multidisciplinary care, maintains electronic health records, and participates in de-escalation and physical interventions when required. Applicants need a high school diploma, at least four years of behavioral health experience, crisis stabilization or psychiatric experience, a Level 1 fingerprint clearance, CPR certification, and de-escalation training; a bachelor’s degree in psychology is preferred.
