Trevor is hiring a part-time Crisis Intervention Counselor to provide crisis counseling to LGBTQ+ youth through phone, text, and chat from Tuesday to Saturday, 1 PM to 6 PM. The role involves maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, supporting youth on sensitive topics, responding to multiple users simultaneously, monitoring conversations, and ensuring compliance with intervention protocols. Applicants must reside in Mexico and hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with relevant experience and training potentially compensating in some cases.
