The Crisis Worker provides direct face-to-face, walk-in clinic, mobile response, and telephone crisis intervention services, including evaluation, counseling, referrals, and arranging inpatient psychiatric admissions for Chapter 51 detentions. The role coordinates with families, community agencies, caregivers, and other providers; supports clients with financial and other needs; maintains treatment records and court-related reports; and handles billing and compliance. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, professional client-interaction ability, and at least one year of youth mental health experience are preferred or required, while a Wisconsin driver's license, automobile, and insurance are required.
