Description
BrightPath is hiring a Program Manager to establish and lead a new short-term residential crisis stabilization home for youth on DD or CADI waivers in the Twin Cities metro area. The role will set up clinical and operational systems, make intake and admission decisions, lead behavior support and crisis response, manage data and transition planning, and train and supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Coordinators. The position is full-time and on-site, with occasional off-hours availability, and offers a salary of $80,000-$90,000 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
