Description
The Crisis Response Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for Marjaree Mason Center’s 24/7 crisis response programs serving domestic violence survivors. The role manages operations, programming, staff, budgets, contracts, grants, performance metrics, policies, community partnerships, and external stakeholder engagements while maintaining trauma-informed, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. It reports to the Chief Operating Officer and requires a bachelor’s degree, two years of relevant field experience, two years of management experience, database and project management software experience, and a valid California driver’s license.
