The role provides 24/7 helpline support, crisis assessments, safety planning, emergency safe-house entry decisions, referrals, safe transportation, facility monitoring, confidential documentation, and coordination with law enforcement and community partners. The position pays $21.00–$29.40, requires an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field, a valid California driver’s license, insurance, and drug, background, and tuberculosis testing; health benefits are not available for part-time staff.
