Description
Newmark is hiring a Critical Data Center Building Engineer to operate and maintain data center facilities and critical infrastructure on an overnight 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shift. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment monitoring, emergency response, compliance with operating procedures and applicable codes, maintenance documentation, work-order coordination, and contractor oversight. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of critical data center operations engineering experience, CFC certification, computer and email proficiency, Building Automation Systems proficiency, safety training, work-order software familiarity, and strong communication skills.
