Description
Newmark is hiring a Critical Data Center Building Engineer to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair data center base-building and critical-environment infrastructure. The role covers electrical, HVAC, fire/life safety, security, emergency backup, chilled-water, CRAC, and related mechanical systems; requires preventive maintenance, system monitoring, fault response, compliance with operating procedures and codes, work-order documentation, contractor coordination, and occasional on-call availability. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of critical data center operations engineering experience, computer and Building Automation System proficiency, and CFC certification or refrigerant-handling experience is a plus.
